Incident communication
Subscribe on the Statuspage tenant for email and RSS notifications. Critical incidents also publish a postmortem entry on the changelog within 5 working days of resolution.
Sandbox vs production
The sandbox AS at sandbox.oid4pay.com is best-effort and may be reset at any time;
production keys are NEVER mirrored into sandbox. A production-side outage cascades to the sandbox;
a sandbox-only outage does not affect production.
